This session will give you a basic introduction to Homeopathy and remedies which are suitable to use in acute situations for symptoms of stress.

Homeopathy for Childbirth

The Leeds based Homeopathy project is organised in consultation with midwives in the area. The remedies are self-administered, with the support of the birth partner, and the effect is self-assessed. The woman makes choices based on how she feels emotionally and physically. Many couples find the process of self-administration empowering as they begin to listen more closely to their body and communicate how they feel, allowing birth giver and birth partner full participation as they choose remedies which match their own individual needs. The Leeds Research Project has developed an easy to use kit of 10 Homeopathic Remedies for Childbirth in the 30c potency.
